Users acknowledge PROPTX’s ownership of, and the validity of PROPTX’s proprietary rights and copyright in the MLS® database, MLS® data, PROPTX’s MLS® System, and Listing Information.

Permitted Use

All MLS® Listing data is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use. Users must have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this VOW. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except in connection with your consideration of the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property.

The prohibited uses expressly include “scraping” (including “screen scraping” and “database scraping”), “data mining” or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information or any related data.

Sold Data (VOW)

Sold-price data is provided under a Virtual Office Website (VOW) agreement and is available only to authenticated members who have accepted the VOW terms. Unauthorized redistribution of sold data is prohibited. The VOW is password-protected and access is limited to consumers with whom a lawful broker-consumer relationship has been established.

Compliance Monitoring

PROPTX, TRREB, and other PROPTX Members or their duly authorized representatives may access this VOW for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and monitoring the display of Members’ Listings.

Your Personal Information, including first and last name, email address, and phone number, may be collected, used or disclosed. The personal information may be shared with PROPTX for auditing and/or legal purposes.

Listing Brokerage Display

The listing Brokerage is clearly displayed for all Listings including thumbnail views. The listing Brokerage is displayed in the same font and size as the other Listing details and is not visually separated from the Listing display.

Data Refresh

Listing information displayed on this website is refreshed not less than every 24 hours in accordance with the PROPTX Data License Agreement and VOW Datafeed Agreement.
